For International shipments the billing and shipping address must be the same and an email must be sent to [email protected].
We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by using the Contact Us page or email us at [email protected].
We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs, at this time. If you try to ship to this type of address, your order will not be shipped until we have contacted you to get an alternative address. We are currently working on expanding our shipping capabilities.

The return postage is not pre-paid but if you choose to do an exchange, we will ship the exchange item out free of shipping charges.
If your UPS package is returned to back to the warehouse, you will be credited back for the order, including shipping. We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on www.lakedwellers.com.
Please allow 10 business days from the day your package is received in to our warehouse for your return to be processed.

REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES
In the rare instance that your order arrives defective, please take a picture of the defect and send it to [email protected] along with your order number and first and last name. Please explain in the email what the defect is and we will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation.
If you received the wrong item, please take a picture of the product and the tags and send it to [email protected] along with your order number and first and last name. We will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. . We immediately re-stock your order upon receiving it into the warehouse. If you still desire the items, you will need to place a new order on lakedwellers.com. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory.
If you never received your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, please contact [email protected] we will file a claim with USPS.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.
Please note that it can take up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your back statement.
